Just a quick insight in our visit. I arrived with my girlfriend after having to rebook for January. When arrived we went over to the bar and got seated right away which is expected after booking for a certain time. The waitress Serena actually asked us if there was anywhere particular that we would like to sit. Once sat, we where approached by several members of staff asking if everything was fine and if we would like to order drinks and food! The waitress Serena (who dealt with us all night) couldn’t be thanked enough! That service that was provided definitely needs to be rolled out to all staff, it was amazing and it made our night! Popped in tonight for a couple of cocktails with a friend who is very hard to please was pleasantly surprised that they where so good.The waitress was called Elizabeth and was amazing at making the cocktails and very attentive without being over the top will definitely be returning. Upset we had to leave so early as it is work on the morning. Also had them duck spring rolls which where a lot bigger than what I had imagined but where perfect to pick it while catching up.
Situated within the Novotel hotel, a cool and contemporary bar with a great selection of drinks.We had two free drinks tokens as we were staying in the hotel. The bar woman was not overly friendly, as I asked for a bottle and was curtly told they only served that on draught. My mistake, but I found her quite rude. The bar was not that busy, there were 4 members of staff at least, yet tables had dirty glasses on them.
We dined there at the weekend a table for four. The food was very poor all round and we let the waitress know. She was polite and at least made an attempt to explain why one of the dishes did not taste very nice. However there was no offer of an alternative. The food looked like it was not prepared with care and frankly my beef noodle was small in portion size, over salted. The ice cream that I had was tasteless.

Lovely afternoon tea in smart contemporary surroundings. Bar and reception staff helpful and friendly. Good choice of vegan and vegetarian sandwiches, unfortunately no vegan cakes or scones so I wasn't able to participate in the sweet selection, however my husband said that they were lovely! Service was good and efficient. Would have got a higher rating had they had vegan options!
went here yesterday ordered a Nachos omg ive been sick and vomiting all night!!! definately the cause was Nachos they were horrible cold, sauce was yuk, jalapeños tasted awful... i should of sent it back dont know why i didnt... had a glass of wine which cost £7.20 Nachos 5.00 so 12.20 down the drain literally. disgraceful disgusting vile dont go there!!!!
we went to both the bar and the restaurant, the food was nice particularly the chicken caesar salad and it was very child friendly with dot-to-dit’s and other activities. We had free drink tokens as we were staying at the hotel and the lovely barman made two delicious off-menu mocktails for my children
went here yesterday to watch football match nice bar with plenty of tv s good hard working staff only problem was the beer they ran out of guinness goss ipa &love lane ipa on a sat night only larger or shorts not good managerment

Visited the restaurant this year during one of my visits to Liverpool. Had Pork Belly and Squid rings both were yummy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will be visiting it again next time we visit Liverpool
Called in for a quick drink on a wee tour round Liverpool. Very cool contemporary bar with a great place to sit and watch the world go by.
