Ropferstub'm - Tiroler Landgasthof

We went on a family holiday with two kids (ages 6 and 4) and stayed at the guesthouse for 10 days. The accommodations are clean and everything is very tidy. IT is very convenient to get to nearby towns and villages to visit, get groceries, petrol etc. There is a simple but nice playground for the children just next to the guesthouse, so the kids could play while we relaxed on the terrace or at the restaurant.The food at the restaurant is excellent. We're vegetarian so our choices were very limited, but what we could eat was delicious.The staff are very friendly (thanks Petra and Roman!), welcoming and helpful.The area is breathtaking. I don't normally eat at restaurants more than once when I am staying somewhere as I like to experience as much as a place has to offer but as we are here for a few weeks I made an exception for the Ropferstub'm as we had such a nice meal and good time and now we have been 4 times. Tried 8 different meals between us and every one has been delicious. Staff are always attentive and flexible, happy to provide combinations that were not on the menu. Gröstl, gulasch and spätzl all great. Good beer too. Beautiful surroundings whether you are in the stube or main restaurant. Go if you are in the area and don't just leave it the the cross country skiers and walkers.

Authentic Austrian cuisine featuring local ingredients and classic dishes done in true Austrian style. The Weiner Schnitzel, for example, is pan fried in butter instead of deep fried in oil. Delicious. The local stream trout was delicious. Dumplings were beautifully presented. Salad greens were fresh and perfectly drizzled with house dressing. The decor is perfect for the mountain top setting. Worth the drive.

We visited this place twice during our vacation, and both times a great experience! The view is phenomenal. We went for a coffee, strudel and Kaiserschmarren. The hosts are nice and the place as a whole has a great ambience. You can reach the place by car. Definitely a recommendation! Reserva una mesa ahora

We stayed at the apartments next door for the weekend and decided to eat at the Ropferstub’m. Great locally sourced ingredients are supported by a small but excellent wine list. We had the dry-aged beef and the wild boar, both were exceptional.

We have been there for "toerggelen" which is a traditional menu served from september to november. It consists of several local dishes. Usually you go there in a group to enjoy the evening.

Hidden away in the woods-right out of a fairytale. Great food, very friendly. Beautiful view. Accommodated my family with a gorgeous meal right at closing time.

Great place to stay and wonderful food! Great hikes in the area. A great view. The hosts were nice!!
