Roppongi Japanese Restaurant

This is probably the sixth time we've ordered from here off of Uber eats, everything was great we thought it would be our new spot until ordering today during lunch to reheat for dinner. While eating my fried rice I crunched on something when nothing should have been crunchy at all. I look down to see this big disgusting bug in my food and realized that crunch was probably his leg and wing and I have never felt so sick to my stomach from a meal in my entire life. Safe to say we will never be eating from here again and they deserve zero stars because this is a major food safety and cleanliness issue. We have reported to Uber eats are waiting for a response.

I ordered via grub hub. Always do and the food, I have to say is great. BUT. This time they delivered the wrong order. Not the drivers fault. The bag was closed with my name clearly on it. The restaurant's fault. When I called the restaurant they said oh sorry order again. I asked what time do you close? 10pm. Okay so if I order now it’s not too late? NO I was told. Okay so I ordered again. Almost 50 minutes later my order was cancelled because they closed. Thanks to Grub hub I received a refund for both orders. Again the food is good.

Started off good. Didn't last long. Staff very unfriendly. They didn't have any salads even the lemon pieces with water were black and rotten. They served soup without saying they didn't have salad. Gave no choice of soup. Had no idea soup was to be served as we didn't ask for soup. When we walked in, we were told they were closing in an hour and didn't want us to come in. An hour was sufficient enough time to eat and leave. We should have left. Never again would we go there.

I called in an order. They said 20 minutes. I arrived and asked for the food. They said 20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and then checked in again. They said 20 more minutes. I waited 20 minutes and checked in again. They said soon. Meanwhile, delivery drivers were picking up order after order. I waited 10 more minutes and then left. Go to “The One Sushi.” It’s right next door, and they’ve never wasted my time like this.

Stopped in with a group of friends on a Monday night, the service was very fast! Our waitress was very nice and brought us over a bowl of edamame on the house. The ambiance was very nice inside, the food came out in a timely manner. Everything tasted DELICIOUS. Will definitely be back! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Roppongi is our favorite local sushi restaurant. Since Covid, we have mostly ordered takeout but pre-covid we came here all the time. Service is always great and the food is fresh and delicious. Staff is always friendly. Great atmosphere and nice local business. Their specialty rolls are delish! Service: Take out

Really great little spot that has literally everything. One spot that you can get sushi, bento, Chinese, Thai, and poke bowls. Food tastes fresh. Staff is very friendly and food comes out quick. Definitely recommend hitting this place up. They have their own parking lot (albeit small) Service: Dine in
