This place was terrible. Honestly this was the worst mexican food I have eaten. We went there on a Saturday night. Place was EMPTY. Got 2 apps. The hog wings and the chicken taquitos. They were bland. I got the enchiladas. The green sauce I got on the side. It was gross. Didn 't taste homemade at all . I got queso on the side that was definitely from a can and gross. We had Rosalita's food truck for my daughter and her friends graduation party last week...OMG it was amazing! Food was fresh, and so delicious, not at all greasy like typical food truck fare. Many packages to choose from, with diff types of foods. Dennis the owner was helpful and flexible with the menu. His workers, Adam and Michael went above and beyond to make sure that our event was a success. They were personable...service with a smile. They kept the line moving, and cooked everything to perfection. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a food truck!
Never been before, coincidentally went on Taco Tuesday and decided to get the all you can eat tacos. Got the supreme option, which lets you pick from ANY tacos. Ended up getting 3 different rounds of taco, birria (9/10), Baja shrimp (9/10), carne asada steak (3/10, very salty could not eat them probably a fluke). Came with a small side of good rice and beans as well. Free chips and salsa were very fresh and flavorful, one of the best I’ve had at a Mexican restaurant. Would definitely recommend this place!
Family and I come here frequently for Taco Tuesday. All you can eat tacos served two at a time for one price and you can switch meats and taco styles. Atmosphere is usually pretty lively but be prepared to deal with some rude entitled teens and a lot of profanity. My suggestion for the hostess is to try to avoid sitting families with young children next to tables of young teens swearing up a storm. The kids definitely learned some new verbiage here.

My husband ordered the steak burrito and I ordered the Taco Al Pastor, but subbed chicken for the pork. My husband loved his burrito and the chicken in my tacos was so tender and everything was so flavorful from that pineapple salsa. The chips and salsa were great too! Our waitress was very helpful and attentive. We will definitely be back. I can't wait to try different dishes!
Rosalita's is an outstanding Mexican restaurant, especially when compared to others in the area; it truly stands out as one of the best. I absolutely love this place! The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is excellent.
It is always a good time at Rosalita's. Get the BBQ hog wing to start it is so yummy. Margaritas here can go down as quick as water, so have 2. I love the atmosphere and the service. You will be comfortable as you wait for nothing.
The food is fresh and delicious. I really enjoyed their chips and salsa. As for vegetarian options, the vegetarian burrito was incredibly flavorful.
