The place has such great charm, it's so nice looking out their windows at the historic Center Square neighborhood. Our waitress was so sweet, and offered a complimentary glass of prosecco for the birthday girl (we noted there was a bday in our reservation . 3/4 dishes we ordered came with a portion of pasta... each had a completely different sauce and they were all INCREDIBLE! The sauce on the pasta that came with the salmon dish was so unique and tasty, and the traditional red sauce that came with my eggplant dish was delicious (my MIL is 100% Italian and agreed! . Their eggplant parmigiana is the best I've ever had, and given that my husband is vegetarian, I've had plenty of it! He's tried even more and completely agrees. The crust is absolutely fantastic, and the slices are thick and hearty without being too thin. Not a single piece is burned, and the sauce is flawless. The salad dressing boasts a wonderfully vibrant flavor. I also tried the Rosanna and a Negroni al Caffe, both of which were delightful. This charming and stylish restaurant is located in Downtown Albany, within a beautifully restored historic building. The space is immaculate and well-maintained. It features a lovely outdoor patio, along with a main dining area and a bar on the first floor. Additionally, there are two private dining rooms available upstairs for parties. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing prompt and courteous service. The food is excellent, and we highly recommend trying the Eggplant Parmigiana and Chicken Parmigiana.
I had brunch today with a large group, and I have to say the service was exceptional. The food was remarkable; I've eaten at many restaurants over the years, but this one truly stands out. The atmosphere was delightful and inviting. I definitely plan to return with my family and friends. Even though I live in Kingston, it's absolutely worth the drive just for this experience. The food, drinks, and service at this restaurant are incredible. The atmosphere is delightful, making it a perfect place for a romantic date. My husband and I sampled four different cocktails, and each one was outstanding. Our waitress was fantastic—I just wish I could remember her name!
We used to really enjoy this restaurant. It has a wonderful atmosphere, and the service is still excellent. However, the quality of the food has declined since the change in ownership. My Negroni, while well-crafted, cost an astonishing $20. This is Albany, not Manhattan!
Not outstanding food , wasn't bad but wasn't good , 30 dollar eggplant dinner lacked flavor and waiter wasn't too attentive . My girlfriends food also came out cold . Spent 95$ on two plates . And a 8$ appetizer
Came here for my anniversary and I can't wait to come back! The food was delicious, our waitress was so friendly the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend the shrimp risotto :

The food was a bit underwhelming. The service was satisfactory, but the staff seemed somewhat flustered and overwhelmed. On a positive note, the ambiance was delightful.
Wonderful restaurant and great ambience. The wine choices were outstanding and the food was delicious. Great Italian restaurant.
