Rosa's Cafe Tortilla Factory

This restaurant used to offer much better food quality, but I'm not so certain about that now. We visited yesterday afternoon, and the person who took our order was quite rude and unfriendly. The most disappointing aspect was that both the chicken and beef fajitas we ordered looked unappetizing. Specifically, the beef fajitas were undercooked; the meat was rare and pink in the middle. On a positive note, an older gentleman who was cleaning tables seemed to be pleasant and was doing a good job. However, I can only give them a one-star rating because they charged us $20 for fajitas that were both unhealthy and unappealing.

I don 't know how they do it, but the speed in their drive-thru lane is the fastest I 've ever encountered. Even McDonald 's could learn a few things from this place. Quality of food is very good, considering it 's to-go 'fast ' Mexican fare. Great restaurant!

They have good food for the price. You can get a whole meal with tortillas, rice and beans for under 10.00. I came here for a baby shower and the environment is fun. There are wooden parrots and bright colors in the restaurant. The staff is alwaysfriendly.

I ordered a beef fajita taco but was charged for a #12, which I assume is a burrito. It's debatable whether it even deserves that name. I paid nearly $5.00 for a very small portion. The only positive aspect was the fast service.

I visited this location for the first time today, October 27th, and had dinner. The food was excellent, and we will definitely return.
