The pizza was awful. It was barely cooked through and all the toppings slid off because it was juicy. It really was disgusting. I called to make them aware, mainly because of the expense. If the guy I talked to would of just apologized I wouldn't now be taking my business elsewhere. But no apology. Just wanted me to send a picture of the pizza. Ridiculous! And I wasn't even looking for a refund or credit. Terrible pizza and worst customer service. Which is too bad. Rosatis is usually were we get our pizza. Not anymore

First of all, the New Lenox location is a hundred times better. I won’t be returning to the Mokena one due to several issues. First, it took the staff member 10 minutes to input my order. Second, he didn’t speak English well and was the only one available. Third, the pasta lid wasn’t placed on properly and spilled all over the inside of the bag. Finally, they didn’t include any plastic utensils.

We arrived just before closing time, but they kindly made us pizza, even though it meant staying open late. The person who took our order was incredibly friendly. The pizza itself was fantastic and it stayed hot the entire 15-minute journey back to our hotel. The prices are reasonable as well. I give this place a full 5 stars!

First of all, let me say, the owner is one of the friendliest and nicest guy your ever going to meet. I typically get the thin crust pizza, however, today I tried the deep dish and let me tell you it is out of this world ..... spectacular and delicious!

I ordered pizzas for the Super Bowl, and they arrived huge and delicious. The quality was excellent, and they were delivered right on time. Unlike other pizza places I called, which didn't even pick up the phone, this one really came through!
