So we decided to head back to our hotel and order pizza to be delivered.The process of ordering was a bit frustrating but once we got it placed, the order was delivered within the promised time frame.The food was beautiful. The way the pepperoni is laid out so none of it gets cut is quite satisfying to look at. And the taste! The quality of the food that we received today was terrible. Everything seemed as if the people in the kitchen put in as little effort as possible. The baked penne was naked pasta with a glob of sauce on top with a layer of cheese on top. There was an inch of water in the bottom of the container, so it was basically soup. The wings weren't tossed in sauce either, just some added on in the takeout container. Clearly they're trying to avoid washing any dishes here because they don't toss their wings or pasta in sauces before they go into takeout containers. You guys really need to do better. If you're going to put in half the effort, you better be charging half price for your food.
I got a poor excuse for a double dough pizza and even the fried dough was terrible. I’ve been to other Rosati’s locations where the quality and taste is consistent and great here it is not. I even called to question the order, and all I was told is that’s how we make it here. They should call their nearby stores and learn how to cook and live up to their brand standard. Very disappointed.
Food always consistent and delicious. Friendly staff and rapid delivery. ETA veggie pizza is amazing, full of veggies and flavor.Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza is outstanding! Tons of veggies, I was extremely satisfied.

Just got there at 10:57am. Store hours online says 10:00am it’s open. Guess what? It wasn’t open. Waste of time. As a business you need to update hours as a curtesy.
Very unsatisfied when I ask for orders with 2 or more sides I like in seperate boxes not all together I’ll never come back here
