I had a very disappointing experience at Rosati's Pizza of Plainfield North. The receptionist, Keisha, was wonderful—she took my delivery order with kindness and professionalism. However, when the pizza arrived, it was completely undercooked. I had ordered a thin crust, but the dough was so raw that it could be scraped off with a finger. It was too gooey even to remove from the box and attempt to cook further. My boyfriend called to report the issue, but the cook, Vinu, refused to acknowledge the problem. The best Rosati's Pizza in the area! I had a wonderful experience with the friendly service from Nick at this Plainfield North location. The high-quality pizzas I ordered for the Goodwill Store employees arrived hot and delicious! A big shoutout to the owner/manager for having an exceptional employee like Nick representing this place. Not only were the pizzas outstanding, but Nick's service was too! Thank you for the 5-star experience!
This is definitely true. The last pizza we ordered from Rosati's had the three of us agreeing it was the best pizza we've ever had in our lives. The staff who answer the phone are usually very friendly, except for one young woman who seems like she might not enjoy her job. We've been loyal Rosati's fans for about 35 years, and with Rosati's North now open, it’s even easier for us to pick up our food. We absolutely love Rosati's!
