All the elements are there a panoply...of at least a dozen beautifully conceived and prepared courses of simple Italian cuisine, introduced and served with his inimitable panache by the Propietor. Like this was just amazing, divine, delicious, entertaining, shoot-the-lights-out stop the bus I wanna get on board, incredible.. I was won over when the food arrived but blown over when we were asked did we want some more of the most delicious wafer-thin Parma ham,...sweet as can be melon and freshly chargrilled antipasto. I think I then hit food-heaven, died was reborn as an Italian! Unforgettable is what this was..would I come again?, chained to wild horses dragged backward couldn't stop me.. You bet you should visit!..
If you're on westdown camp and need to get away from the scoffhouse, go grab a pint and a pizza from here. It's quality! Just don't be expecting the atmosphere of your usual village cruiser. It's respectable and nice there, so treat it as such
Didn't expect the pub to do pizzas so was a surprise and they were brilliant. Not sure of any other pizza restaurants around here but would highly recommend! The beer was Doom Bar which was also nice!

Heard this place has a bankruptcy petition underway against the owner for unpaid debts to sub contractors. Certainly wouldn't book in advance in fear of loosing money.
Amazingly friendly bar woman, who very accommodating. Great pizza too. Would definitely recommend going.
Turned up for Saturday lunchtime to find it closed. Apparently it's only open Wednesday evenings.
