The food was absolutely stunning the portion sizes are very generous and such good value for money! 4 of us had the beef dinner OMG it literally melted in your mouth! The gravy was very tasty (I'm a big gravy person, so this was perfect for me! and the variety of fresh vegetables was great too; green beans, cauliflower cheese, cabbage, roast potatoes, new potatoes, carrots! We went for an evening meal and B B on 16/12/2022 with friends. The fillet steaks were cooked to perfection and very tasty with chips, onion rings, mushrooms and either a salad or lovely vegetables. Plenty of delicious food. For starters there was a good and excellent choice, all very good too. We couldn’t mange a desert as we had eaten very well. Compliments to the chef Barrie. We went for Sunday lunch as having had casual m id week lunches of delicious beef sandwiches, decided to try their Sunday roast. Really fantstic, beautiful beef, lovely roast potatoes, new potatoes, plenty of veg, yorkshire pud. I, normally hate thick gravy, but it was very tasty. Phillipa who served us great too. Butty Bach Bitter very good too. Definitely going back.
Had Festive Meal here today. Fab food and great value for money. All correspondence before the meal was followed brilliantly, especially as there were a few requests with a group of 10. We were looked after superbly by lovely people and will return.

Went here for the wife's birthday meal with family and friends. Fantastic basket meals (alot of food for a little price) Staff really friendly as well as the locals. Brilliant little country pub. Have been before and will continue to go.
Just returned from having Sunday lunch whilst staying in the area. Super friendly team and really tasty lunch. Very generous portions that included 5 veg with boiled new potatoes and roast potatoes. Great value for money.
Had lunch there today my grandson had lasagne garlic bread lasagne was burnt and there was a hair on garlic bread reported to staff nothing was mentioned on payment of bill not even a apology poor
We had one of the best pub lunch experiences in a long while Service was great Food was absolutely wonderful At least a fiver less than most pubs Definitely recommended and we will be back soon

We went out with friends for lunch , it was a good plate full with a good variety of different vegetables and came to the table nice and hot.
Great meal on a Tuesday in Tenbury. Limited menu due to staff shortages but still a good choice provided by friendly staff. Excellent !
