Ate here for first time for lunch one day. Ordered satay chicken skewers for our toddler. They were raw. The main meals were tasty, but I had ordered chicken with cashews and was put off eating the chicken so I mainly ate the veggies and rice. Still, I had an upset tummy for the next 10 days and it ruined our family holiday. The owner was very apologetic about the chicken skewers and charged us half price for lunch but he did say it wasn't the first time it had happened so eat there at your peril.
We are local to the area and this restaurant used to be horrible as it was run by Chinese and had no real Thai flavour or culture. However new owners are Thai and with Thai staff (we speak a little Thai so we can tell) this has transformed the place into one of the best value Thai restaurants in the area. Cheap and Authentic, we go regularly now
Didnt really need the food, but ordered to see what they had. The only wet curry they could do plant based and without fish sauce was the jungle curry. I asked for it very hot, it came to me just a little spicy. The staff were friendly and spoke thai, thats always a good thing. Would like to see what else they could make for me.
We had several recommendations to try Rose Niyom and we are so pleased we did!! Service was very efficient and the food was devine. We had the $33 pp banquet which was such great value. Definitely one to recommend, we will certainly be back. If you're after Thai on the north side, this is the place. You won't be disappointed.

Rose Niyom Thai restaurant is on the site of the old Cortina, which had been in Nundah for over 30 years. The new Thai restaurant had delicious food, a lovely decor and friendly staff. If you want Thai in Nundah, then I would recommend this restaurant as a decent choice.
Lunch for 2 on a Monday. Signboard outside: lunch $10.90 includes a soft drink. I had Pad Thai and partner had red curry chicken w/ rice. Both were very good however the curry could have been a bit spicier. But for $22 all up? Can't complain - outstanding value.
I've never eaten in the restaurant but we have had takeaway quite a few times and its always been very tasty and good value for money as the serving sizes are very generous. Everything from their spring rolls to Pad Thai have always been great.
Seriously the best Thai food in Brisbane. Excellent service and a lovely restaurant. The Massaman Beef is a must try, if you're looking for fresh authentic Thai food this is the place to go to.

Returned for a fantastic meal once again. Had a delicious dinner which was served quickly and with a smile which is getting hard to come by these days. Always a pleasure to return here.
We're lucky to have Rose Niyom as our local Thai restaurant. Great food. Friendly service. They do takeaway and home delivery too.
