Rosebank North - Reserva de mesa

We ordered 2 entrees, salt and pepper whitebait and oysters natural. We were very disappointed with the whitebait it was not crispy or peppery but too soft. We ordered 2 mains, seafood linguine and Vietnamese crispy pork. They were both equally disappointing. We ordered the seafood linguine after reading all the good reviews about how good and excellent the seafood linguine but to our disappointment, the linguine sauce was too salty and the crispy pork skin was not crispy at all but quite tender. However, we love the decor and the atmosphere/ ambience of the restaurant.

We were a little disappointed this visit. In the past the food has been good quality. My fish tasted like it might have been frozen and thawed out and cooked. I ordered poached pears and got half a poached pear it was nice but I expected the full pear. The arancini was nice. A few details with service placing cutlery nicely for the customer instead of throwing it down would have been nice. It's a very nice place so a little more care I think.

Superb dining experience, from the softly romantic atmosphere to the cordial service, topped only by the beautifully prepared food. The gnocchi special I ordered was exquisitely presented, with a unique cauliflower pesto sauce, exploded roasted cherry tomatoes and wilted spinach, with feta melted throughout. I finished the generous portion only because it was too tantalising to resist. I only wish it were on the main menu.

We always have a good night at Rosebank. Reasonably priced. Not the cheapest but quality of food is always good if a little middle of the road. Trivia nights are fun nights just pity they can’t rustle up a few more people. All up can recommend as a good local establishment. Reserva una mesa ahora

Always a great dining experience, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. The choice of set courses with a fair amount of flexibility or a la carte gives enough variety to satisfy almost everyone. My favourites tend to revolve around the steak options.

It's been a while since my last visit but we enjoyed our evening. Pork belly main was good but skin could have been crisper. It felt like it had been sitting for a while and was a little chewy. Overall good.

Great find. Food was fantastic; great service and all in beautiful surroundings. We’ll be back and can unconditionally recommend this restaurant to anybody looking for something special.

Lovely setting has a lot of old charm. Service was A+. Food came out really quickly and was well presented. We had a lovely night out. Well done to the owners.
