Rosenberger Pettnau was a great stop for us and our toddlers (1 and 2). Clean restrooms with enough space, a separate diaper changing room (not a part of the women's bathroom, so the father could go and change the baby, too) and a great playground...outside with view of the mountains. Service inside the restaurant was very kind and attentive, the fries excellent and the seating with toddlers great. Great food, great prices and a cool souvenir store, too. We actually forgot a bag at the playground and only noticed 2 hours later. After our call, Rosenberger employee Maria sent it to us by mail THANK YOU SOO MUCH! Great customer service, definitely will return!
We drove in to the services area and parked. Trash cans all over the Rosenberger end of the services area were overflowing. (Trash cans near the Shell Tankstelle were mostly pretty empty someone attends to them. We walked to the front door of Rosenberger....The steps were almost completely blocked by a large group of adolescents, most of whom were smoking. The cloud of smoke was repulsive. We turned around and went to the Shell Tankstelle for WC and coffee.
On our journey we stopped here both on our way away and way back. We tried the vegan burger, french fries and salads from the buffet. All dishes were good, but we especially enjoyed the salad as you can choose from a buffet and make your own great vegan salad with beans, vegetables, olives etc. for a reasonable price. We can recommend this place to vegans and vegetarians.
Gut gelegene Raststätte mit sehr freundlichem und netten Personal. Auswahl an Essen ist gut und geschmacklich auch. Parkplätze sind vor Ort, könnten etwas mehr sein wenn viel los ist in den Ferien. WC ist sauber. Kaffee schmeckt gut, aber preislich teuer.

stopped here for rest break on the way back from Italy via the Brenner pass before heading over the fern pass the place can be very busy beautiful big restaurant best apple strudel in Austria nice little shop pleasant staff what more could you ask for
Great little stop on our journey to Lake Garda. This place was incredibly clean, with everything you could possibly need for your trip. Good food and drink selections. All reasonably priced unlike UK service stations!
Der Lachs war fuer Raucher richtig gut gewürzt. Für Nichtraucher etwas salzig, aber sonst mit dem Gemüse und dem Reis ganz gut. Das Personal ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Wir machen hier gerne wieder Rast.
