We were attracted by the great menu as well as recommendations from friends who had eaten there. We had a nice table in the front next to the windows. As soon as we entered we realized that the noise level was high. It would have been tolerable except for the fact that we were seated next to an extremely loud group. It was difficult to carry on a meaningful conversation. Drinks were good. I enjoyed my grilled octopus salad and the sea bass entree was especially good. My wife had a seafood pasta and she felt that the shrimp was slightly over cooked. Flavor was good, however. Our server was very attentive without being intrusive.
Reliable, satisfying and always tasty. I did make the mistake of ordering Chilean Sea Bass. I should know by now that after so many years of overfishing, the real Chilean Sea Bass is all but extinct. While the dish was well prepared, I would say it is no where close to what the real deal should taste like. The texture and flavor just isn't the same anymore. That said, the lamb chop and the soup of the day were excellent and my wife's pasta is also perfect.
rosie is one of our favorite “hunts”. I had a guest who visited the city and requested the back room. we sat at the perfect table and continued to have a delicious meal. the server could not have been more beautiful. we were almost the last to leave, but they didn't try to kick us out to go.
The food was great and the service was excellent...But the best part was the couple was seated next to us. They made the night that more special...to Sal and Ross, married 65 years, we should all hope for your kind of love.

in rosie’s. eating is always delicious and well presented. the waiting staff is excellent and the prices are reasonable. parking can sometimes be a challenge, but I'll catch a nearby meter in the rule.
The fresh ricotta cheese with the bread is absolutely delicious! We also had a bottle of Merlot with dinner that was extremely pleasing to the palate!
We celebrated our anniversary at Rosie's and it was wonderful! The service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious.
my friends and I had a nice lunch in rosie. the fish specificity was very good and the aubergine starter was also very good.
