We wanted to relax for a Saturday night and make a good meal. On recommendation we went to the Hotel Roß in Zwönitz. Due to corona, mouth nose protection and hands disinfect are mandatory. So we entered the place and it was already happening. We waited patiently because, due to Corona, at least in the many other federal states, there is room allocation by the Personal Standard. The Hotel Roß with its five small guest pieces is considered the oldest host house in Saxony, which is still in operation. Built in 1537 on the former Bohemian Salt Road in Zwönitz, it served as an accommodation and restaurant for the traders. Even today, the house with its well maintained factory façade is well shot and a true eye-catcher at the market square of Zwönitz. It's been a long time since I was here.
