From my point of view, the menu promises to keep more than it can, relatively one-sidedly oriented to various mouth pockets options. Restaurant staff is quite nice, but the guest feels a relatively strict regime. In the same house there is also a hotel of the same name, but this is not recommended, because you are standing on the chic of the 70s as well as heavily worn shower cabins and sinks. You should also like spatial narrowness. If you have to have breakfast there, you should show up shortly after 6:00 to not stand before a cute buffet. It's been the worst breakfast for a long time.
This typical Swabian restaurant in Freiberg has a rather old-fashioned guest room and this is just like the whole place. There are many different mouthbags variations, as well as typical Swabian dishes. We had two different jaw pockets, both of which have tasted very well and a meat dish that was also good. Price performance fits in this store and the service was friendly and nice. Overall, a good place if you want to eat traditional Swabian cuisine, Haute cuisine is of course not to be expected here.
