we went to eat with my cousin and his wife, a few starters and two nets were ordered and shared. we had a squirting whan with rice and one with noodles. the evening meal was washed with a few bottle tsing tao. Chinese beer. the menu is on a large board and there are many Chinese dishes to choose from. service was good, but the restaurant was very busy and quite popular with the local it seems. I have not checked whether it was wifi and not the toilets used, so can not comment to their cleanliness. we would certainly go back to try some other dishes.
This restaurant is close to our place and we come here for dinner quite frequently. The have a good choice of foods. Noodles are made in-house and are great. Sauces, spices, meat and vegetables are just wonderful! choose carefully if you are sensitive to spicy...food (I am not, I love it actually). Staff is friendly and they work really fast. General atmosphere is quite pleasant, too. Worth mentioning, it is also pretty cheap.
Recommended to us while staying at the nearby Lady Astor, went in with moderate expectations (how good can food this close to the main train station be expected to be) but were genuinely blown away. Delicious fresh tasty cuisine, reasonable prices, generous portions, and friendly...service. The food has redefined what I'm expecting in future Chinese food and the noodle dishes in particular are superb. Bear in mind cash only.
This is a great place. It is unassuming but the food and service are great. I went with a friend and he had beef on a hot platter. When he lifted the lid we all caughed because of the fumes filled with hot spices. I...had chicken lost city style which was equally spicy and tasty. The portions are big. My advice go there on a Friday or Saturday and rub shoulders with the locals.

first I would recommend making a reservation, it is busy to dinner. beautiful atmosphere and great suppen. portions are really big. good service. we turned laterne several times. I really like it. you will get a lot for your money. also come for appointments and family meetings. I love the soups
Soft place, red soft lights gives super relaxing atmosphere. I've ordered a Franziskaner beer and a noodle soup with beef, cabbage, soy sprouts and tofu. It was awesome. Huge bowl, homemade noodles, spicy and very tasty. Friendly staff and prices fairly adeguate. I will come...back!
found this great little place as we were near the train station and wanted to eat something nice instead of the almost food stands around the main railway station really like the atmosphere with the lighting and the chalkboards, plus the eating was fantastic
A cozy place with a nice vibe, obviously a local favourite. Food is good and plentiful delicious dumplings and noodle dishes. Cocktails are also nice. Prices are also quite reasonable. Will go back on my next visit to Düsseldorf!

we went on a Saturday night with 6 people after red laterne. reservation no problem. good service. great portions and delicious food. I liked the location. would recommend for a date, friends and family dinner.
one of the few things Cologne should envy Duesseldorf about : Try the hot beef on the hot platter... delicious, until you undeliberately chew upon one of those incredible chilis...
