Was here for a wedding reception on a very very hot day. The ceremony was in the back, the landscaped yard was a beautiful venue. All the things they grow in the garden was wonderful to see, you can see the staff going to cultivate what is needed for the meal to come.The indoor portion for this event was upstairs. It was a simple and elegant room that had a lot of character.It was challenging the day I was there as the temperatures were in the 30s and there were a lot of people in a room with only a window air conditioner. We came to Rouge for a special occasion. It's a small, quaint historical home situated in Inglewood. The atmosphere is relaxed with jazzy music playing in the background. I love how I was able to have a conversation without sitting too close to other tables or talking over the music. The food is delicious! We have become so accustomed to large portion sizes that the meals seemed rather small but when the QUALITY of your meal is high, your experience is so much better. My husband and I just capped off our honeymoon with an incredible dinner at Rouge this evening. We both enjoyed the Chef's Tasting Menu and were introduced to a wonderful array of flavours from around Alberta. Absolutely everything was divine, and we left with happy hearts and happy memories. It was truly the best way to end our incredible adventure. Everyone we encountered was truly lovely, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. We look forward to returning when we are next in Calgary. We have officially decided that this will be our special restaurant here.

I used to work at Rouge when it was transitioning from the Cross House. Recently, I revisited as a guest with a large group of business owners. Paul, Olivier, and their team were amazing hosts, cooking a delicious meal in their large garden patio. This restaurant is a must-visit for any foodie or anyone seeking the best dining experience in Calgary!
We had our dinner date here. And it was our very first time to try this place . Tried the chef's menu. It was good. We both liked all the courses that was served. Only wish there were palate cleansers between each course. But overall experience was enjoyable.
I went to dinner with my family and friends and had a wonderful meal. The staff were very kind to my 5-year-old son, even offering him pasta even though it was not on the menu. He enjoyed it and we all had a fantastic time.
Rouge Restaurants is a must-try for foodies. The food is delicious and innovative, the service is professional and friendly, and the ambiance is sophisticated and inviting. I enjoyed the lamb and the crème brûlée.

Fine dining at it's best. Love this historic house nestled in Inglewood. Our service was incredible and the few little surprises we got from the chef were melt in my mouth, add the party!
Wonderful menu, very curated. The duck appetizer was fantastic! Chocolate desert was really good. Service was very attentive and prompt. Definitely recommend!
