Waited the estimated one hour plus an additional 20 minutes for delivery since dining in and pickup were not options. When I called the restaurant, I was told the food had left 20 minutes earlier. After waiting another hour, I finally reached someone—apparently, it was very busy on a Sunday. The manager informed us that our order was canceled and no further deliveries would be made. He did offer a refund, and his apology seemed sincere. (1 star) However, the manager should have checked with the delivery driver after the first call and informed us about the potential delay or cancellation. That communication would have earned them an extra two stars.
I placed an order at Round Table Pizza through DoorDash and waited an hour only to be told it had to be canceled. I wasn’t given any explanation. This was supposed to be dinner for my family, and now it’s too late. A little communication would have made a big difference. I won’t be supporting this business again.

Don’t waste your money. They sent a pizza with very little topping—mostly just crust—and charged way too much. $37.63 for a medium pizza is ridiculous!
I ordered two pizzas for takeaway and was taken aback by the price of $92.00. This feels excessively high for a chain restaurant.
The staff at Round Table Pizza are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. Highly recommended to everyone.
