Worst customer service at that very experienced. Employee behind the counter rush to me as I tried to use the bathroom slang me I couldn't use it because I hadn't purchased any thing yet. When I came out of the restroom I could hear the guy behind thecounter harassing my girlfriend. They were out of the beer that I wanted so I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I couldconsult my girlfriend about what I wanted and the owner began to tell me that I need to order or leave now! They ended upcalling the cops on me for not leaving as fast as they wanted me to even though I was about to buy something. The cashier was extremely rude. The young man in his late 20s behind the counter displayed a significant level of arrogance. It felt as though I was being treated as if I had done something wrong just by entering the store. Upon walking in, he was glued to his phone with his earphones in, completely ignoring customers. It was quite disappointing. The pizza toppings were sparse and did not resemble what was advertised at all. The prices also did not reflect the quality. I would recommend avoiding this place.
I had a disappointing experience at the front counter during my visit to this restaurant. I recommend taking a photo of the three employees at the register who seemed to avoid making eye contact. Additionally, my pizza was lacking in sauce, which was quite unusual for me. I hope that in the future, customer service at Round Table can be more friendly and attentive. While I appreciate that the manager values the restaurant's reputation, I don't plan on returning due to the distance.

Update: 12/07/21 - The employees at Round Table are fortunate to have a manager who cares about the restaurant's reputation. Thankfully, I won’t be returning, as it was quite out of my way. However, I hope that going forward, customer service improves and becomes more friendly and attentive as it should be.
The staff here is very friendly, and the facilities are brand new and spotless. You can even catch some TV while you wait. The service is both quick and pleasant. I've also placed several online orders for pickup, and the service has consistently been speedy.
I placed an order for takeout, but unfortunately, it was not ready until 25 minutes after the designated pickup time. The pizza was tasty, but it did not stand out from any other Round Table Pizza I have had before.
The website and Google Maps indicated that the restaurant was open until 10 PM. However, when I called at 9:30 PM, they informed me that they were already closed.

Great pizza for the price. I highly recommend the chicken and garlic on thin crust.
Everything was fresh and delicious! We will definitely be returning.
