Round Table Pizza - Reserva de mesa

I'm floored right now!!! Ordered a pizza and breadsticks and it was $50. Also paid extra for 5 oz sauce. While waiting I asked the gal for the sauces so I didn't forget. She handed me a 2oz sauces and I told her I paid for the 5oz sauce so she handed me another 2oz sauce. I told her I paid for 5oz so maybe she should give me 3 of them. She said well then you would get 6oz. I said it would be in the best interest of round table to give me more rather than short me. It's friggen pizza sauce not coming out of your check. So she said she would make me a 1oz size. I told her to forget it but she wouldn't let it go. Whatever. So I am waiting for the pizza and I noticed it came out. It was burnt. I...

Look I get being behind , I get being busy, but I ordered SIX twist . That was it... told 20 minutes and now I've been waiting for 40.... YALL have given away TWO free twist and a whole ass order with bread sticks in it whos number was clearly after mine .... I know y'all are super overwhelmed and I'm trying really hard to be understanding, but I just worked 8 hours on my feet no breaks in just as busy environment and would literally be written up if I did this . ... I shouldn't have to wait longer cause y'all gave away my breadsticks for peoples who's orders you were behind on... and yes you offered BOTH of them in front of me because they were complaining therefor I know those breadsticks...

We placed a pick up order and only came home with 3/4 items. A pizza, wings, garlic twists and cinnamon twists. Came home without garlic twists. Once we noticed, I called and they could only help me if I came in or it would be a credit on the next order. So I said I would come back and she offered to make 12 twists. I showed up and she made the wrong ones then argued with me on what was said on the phone. Cheyenne A. Was super rude and unprofessional arguing. They she yelled back to the co worker 3 cinnamon twists and I let her know she said the wrong twists again! The manager was called and it was fixed in the end but now our pizza is home and cold. Not a great $60 night.

One star for the ladies behind the counter who did their best with what they have to work with. Everyone is pleasant. The quality of the pizza is worse then a frozen pie. I even went back to have the first pie remade. First pizza had almost no sauce or cheese and half the slices had no topping, crust was blah and it was burned. When I returned it, the replacement pie was barely warm, and equally tasteless. If I had to guess, id say someone is saying use half the sauce, put more cheddar then mozzarella. Looking at the other reviews, this is not the first to mention the poor taste and low quality. The staff is great, the pie is a complete disappointment. Save your money Reserva una mesa ahora

Came back after years id a hiatis and hoping management has changed, but it's still terrible. Went to pick up my pizza, and they had to remake it bacaice they were so behind that things got backed up, and it burnt. 5 people working here, with 2 wondering around. I worked in pizza in the past and it was easy for 3 people to handle a store (one makes it and cuts it, the other deal with customers and a 3rd as a rover to clean the inside and help where needed) not sure why this place continues to be a dissapontment. Obviously, at this point, it's an ownership/ management problem

I have tried to go here several times recently. The orders are never ready and no one seems to know what is going on. I was charged incorrectly but they said they couldn't fix it. They ended up refunding the entire order because they hadn't started it yet. Round Table is my favorite pizza so I'm sad to say I will no longer be going to this location.

We came here with a pretty big group . It was 6 adults and 2 kids. The place is a regular size but a lot of seating. They had a tv. The person who helped us was very helpful. Great customer service! It's a little pricey but the pizza is so good the place was clean. The bathroom were clean. We were watching a game since there's a big tv there.

However, I did notice that another guest seemed unhappy with their experience; they mentioned that their orders had been mistakenly given to someone else, which left them wondering who had received their food. Went to round table today and had the best experience. It was all because of BRITTNEY. She was very kind and sweet to us and patient with my little Grandma. She goes above and beyond not like normal People who work there. Excellent service from brittney.

Great customer service ! Hadn't been in too round table in a while . Went in for dinner and worker Aarron, helped us out and was great! Was very attentive and super friendly!
