Quality has really gone down hill. The last few times the crust has been super thin and dry. Decided to give them a try again today and called in a to go order. They say 30 minutes and the fam was starving so I load everyone in the car and go pick it up. I pay for it and check the pizza, it was hacked to bits. They had cut all of the crust off the pizza. The manager tried to tell me that was totally normal, it happens when the crust gets a little “well done”. The medium I had ordered looked barely like a small, made of small triangles of dry crustless pizza. I say it’s not right and he says “what do you want me to do?” He keeps trying to tell me it’s normal for them to cut all the crust off...
I must say this is the best ever Pizza store , I love the Manager here his name is AJ is he such a great manager, I was there for lunch today and had an amazing experience with him, he came to my table like 3- 4 times to ask me if I was enjoying my meal and If I liked the pizza He is such a kind person and so professional and nice to talk. He really took care of me with his awesome service and great smile. I would recommend everyone to go to him he is great. Kuddoss to AJ .
I had lunch there yesterday with my family, and I want to express my gratitude to AJ, the manager, who really took care of us. His customer service was outstanding; he came to our table 3-4 times to check on our food and see if we needed anything. He was fantastic, and I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends, especially to seek out AJ.
My lunch experience at RT Benicia was excellent because AJ, the manager on March 31, 2024 was super efficient and attentive! AJ even asked me if I needed extra condiments and utensils. I will definitely come back again and again to this branch with my friends and family!

I went there for lunch today and the Manager AJ was very nice, friendly, and attentive. He came to our table a few times to check on us and made us feel like VIPs. Great place !

This place was nice the food took a little long to come out. They have a nice arcade area and the pizza was decent.
Round table is great, because they are always so quick, plus it is thee Best Pizza! Tastiest!
