I am editing my review a week later to give five stars to Maria. After providing feedback, the wait time for phone-in orders improved significantly. Maria provided great service and she deserves the recognition. I am hoping that Maria’s work ethic inspires her fellow coworkers. Very unhappy with this location. I am never able to get through on the phones to order. Today, while waiting outside, I called and watch a worker put me on hold. They have two workers in the front and four to the back side. No one was taking orders from the phone. I left a message to corporate as well. The workers were unapologetic and rude. The lady worker was rude and did not care if our order was not taken by phone...
I used to love RT Pizza, but unfortunately, this location consistently gets our orders wrong. Tonight, they delivered a pizza intended for someone else, rendering it inedible for us. We asked them to fix the order, but they refused, saying it was too late. Getting a refund for the pizza we couldn't eat was challenging, as they were not willing to replace it. I recommend steering clear of this location due to their subpar service.
The large King Arthur's Supreme Pizza was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection! It arrived at my home promptly and was still hot. I had a fantastic experience with both the restaurant and the delivery service. I will definitely order from this place again!
It would be great if they could double-check the orders. I ordered ranch dipping sauce for my garlic twists but didn't receive any. I even paid extra for the ranch dipping sauce and still didn't get it. This happens every time—I always end up missing something.

I ordered takeout online, and my food was ready even before the estimated time. I was thrilled to pick up my order and be on my way in under five minutes.
