I would give 0 stars due to the terrible customer service from Kristine B. From the moment we approached the register, we were treated very poorly. I politely greeted the cashier with a friendly "Hello, good afternoon, I’d like to order for dine-in," but she immediately rolled her eyes and spoke to me rudely throughout my entire order. She never made eye contact and constantly looked around the restaurant, showing clear attitude.
When it was time to pay, our total was $50.19. We handed her a $100 bill, but she walked away to try running it through a machine. After a few minutes, she returned and handed the bill back, saying her machine wouldn’t accept it. We gave her another $100 bill, but...
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I placed an online order today at 4:15 PM for a pick-up time of 5:15 PM and paid for it in advance. Unfortunately, I arrived a few minutes late, around 5:15 PM, to collect my pizzas. However, I did not receive my order until 6:04 PM, almost two hours after I initially placed it. The staff appeared disorganized; after waiting for 23 minutes, I was asked for my name again. Eventually, the cashier located my order but informed me it would take another 15 minutes. Overall, the long wait and poor communication made this experience very frustrating.
Winners is a fantastic spot, even though they are severely understaffed. They managed to handle the situation like true professionals. The young man making pizzas not only took my order but also went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. He was genuinely kind throughout the process.
Then, the woman who prepared my salad was equally wonderful. She allowed me to customize it just like at Subway, which I thought was a nice touch. Both of them truly went the extra mile. I really appreciate the great teamwork displayed today.
The service was excellent! I visited Round Table for the first time at night and ordered a pizza. The staff member was incredibly patient and friendly, offering great recommendations. She even customized a pizza for me after I mentioned that I’m pregnant and prefer one loaded with healthy vegetables, meats, and toppings. I've never had such a delicious and nutritious pizza before! The service was fantastic! I visited Round Table for the first time at night and ordered a pizza. The woman who assisted me was incredibly patient and kind! After I mentioned that I was pregnant, she helped me choose a pizza loaded with lots of veggies, meat, and other healthy ingredients. I've never had such a delicious and nutritious pizza before! Thank you so much! What a lovely woman and a wonderful evening!
I would rate this restaurant one star. The customer service left much to be desired—it was quite poor. I didn't feel welcomed at all. The condiments on the table were crusty and had dried grease and fingerprints on them. The toppings on my pizza were undercooked, and the pizza itself wasn't as hot as it should have been. I can't recommend this place; I suggest going to Mooney's instead.
Round Table Pizza offers the best pizza in all of Visalia. It may be surprising that a chain holds the top spot in town, but that’s the reality. While service in Visalia often falls short, Round Table Pizza truly excels in this area. Their menu is impressive and delivers great options for every taste.
The pizza at this place is tasty and packed with flavor. I’d rate it 4 stars, though the cost of a large pizza is a bit high.
