I want to start by saying that I’ve been a loyal patron of this restaurant for years. I've followed it from just a 5-minute drive from my home to a 15-minute drive to work, and now it’s a 25-30 minute trip from my current residence. Despite the increasing distance, the restaurant's consistent excellence in food, customer service, and overall experience just keeps getting better. Their sandwiches are fantastic, the tacos are delicious, and everything else on the menu is simply the cherry on top. I do miss those early morning drives when I would pass by and see the tri-tip smoking outside at around 4 or 5 AM, but I make it a point to visit whenever I can. I visited this afternoon and ordered the hot pastrami with fries. The prices were reasonable, and the food was decent with adequate portions. However, the pastrami was overcooked—although I wouldn’t describe it as burned, it was definitely too done. There were five staff members working, so there really are no excuses for the dirty tables. The entire place is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and some fresh paint. Additionally, the pictures on the walls could use new frames and a bit of straightening. It’s a shame, especially since it's so close to the neighborhood.

This is a charming restaurant that has been a staple in the area for many years. Inside, you'll find interesting historical photos on the walls showcasing the former SP railyard across the street from decades past, as well as images of some railroad employees. The food here is excellent; I tried a sandwich called the "Trainwreck," which is similar to a Philly cheesesteak but also includes pastrami. Highly recommended!

The tri-tip tacos were juicy and had a fantastic smoky taste, but they could have used a bit more seasoning. However, the sauce served on the side really enhanced the overall flavor. The cheese and lettuce were fresh, and the shells were perfectly crispy. I would suggest adding more flavor to the meat; it's delicious and juicy, but a bit more seasoning would really take it to the next level. Reserva una mesa ahora

Wow! The meat here is incredibly tender and melts in your mouth! The tri-tip tacos and hot pastrami sandwich were absolutely delicious! I devoured six so quickly that all that was left was the tray! You really need to check this place out—you won't regret it!

What can I say? It's a great little hole in the wall to tri-tip. Tacos are to die for they always have a lunch combo. Just get there before the lunch hour rush. You'll be coming back for more tacos

Love this place. And you would too. Try it. Definitely won't be disappointed and you will be back. I eat here probably 3x a week.It's my go to when I need my food fix. So good. Yumm?

The sandwiches are absolutely worth the price. If you enjoy a bit of heat, be sure to ask for it spicy!
