I'm not sure why Roundup Rodeo BBQ gets such bad reviews. Here are a few thoughts: 1) You won’t find Toy Story characters here (which isn’t a downside). 2) The all-you-can-eat meats—brisket, ribs, chicken, sausage—are definitely worth the price. The brisket was incredibly tasty, though the BBQ sauce was just okay. 3) The entertainment can make it quite loud inside, so it’s not ideal for a quiet meal (which isn't necessarily a bad thing). 4) Our server kept dropping cheesy jokes whenever they came by, and I loved it! Roundup Rodeo BBQ offers a unique and fun dining experience! The waitstaff playfully act like toys, freezing in place whenever their "owners" enter. Our server, Minni, was incredibly attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable. The Toy Story-themed atmosphere adds a lively and charming touch to the restaurant. The menu features generous portions, and since it’s a family-style restaurant, you can always order more at a fixed price. The food is flavorful and interesting, though the prices are a bit on the higher side for BBQ. Overall, a great place for a memorable dinner.
