Simple, fast, effective! Thanks for this excellent tasting, seafood is obviously perfectly fresh. Even if the lemon goes well, for my part, a pity that there is no small preparation of vinegar/echalote, I would have enjoyed the delicious oysters more.

Already 3 years we buy our oysters at Father Gus, an institution! Excellent to take but also on site! Very nice frame! And special mention for the buffet of oysters and crustaceans we had for our wedding! It was great, our guests loved!
