First test, confirmed! the reception of the roxane is very friendly and its foodtruck too! a marvel of American caravan in round and aluminium! We started this feast of taste buds with a slice of olive and tuna cake with its crunchy salad. it turned out to be sweet and tasteful. our choice then went on the cabbage sauerkraut with white butter: a piece of cod with back treated the meunter and a good flowery sauerkraut with a nice slice of grilled beard as we want! a pleasure. we decided to conclude our test with tasting a new dessert for us, the Quebec cake! the shape of a huge muffin, with carrots and pecan nuts, mellow and soft, scented and watered with a delicious cream with lemon zests!
