We discovered The Royal Age after learning it was taken over by the owners of our local pub, and we couldn't be happier that we found it! The bratwurst and subs burger I had was fantastic! The chips were exceptional, unlike anything I've seen before. With the delicious food and the impressive attention to detail in the presentation, I'm thrilled that we've found this place. The staff was wonderful, the prices were very reasonable, and the atmosphere of the pub is lovely. We'll definitely be back—100%! Keep up the great work, everyone!
Had heard good things about this place from several people so we decided to try it ! Everything was perfect .. I had roast of the day and its one of the best I've ever had and I've had a lot! The veg the Yorkshire pudding to the roast beef mash and gravy was heaven ! My partner got the chicken mozzarella sandwich with chunky chips and side salad and that was also first class ! Was tempted to try a starter but I'm so glad I didn't as the portions were massive!! Very impressed and we are already planning on going back next week !
Couldn’t fault our meal at all! The meal was absolutely lovely and great for a dog friendly place that is a little bit fancier than the rest (Even got a free burger patty for the dog ! The food was gorgeous, as-well as the customer service being amazing. The ambiance and the meal was great for my Mum and Dads wedding anniversary! Will definitely be coming again and recommending to other friends and family :
I visited this restaurant for the first time and was delighted by the many family photos on display. I was not disappointed at all! I highly recommend it—100%! The staff are wonderful, the atmosphere is cozy, and the food is amazing! The portions are quite generous, so don't hesitate to ask for a doggy bag. I will definitely be going back!

The service is friendly and the food is delicious. The portions are generous, making it challenging to finish both a starter and a main course, but they do offer doggy bags for leftovers. We enjoyed the appetizers, including falafel, hummus, and goat cheese.
we decided after a long time for debtor 40. we did not disappoint we had goat cheese tart garlic mushrooms, disappoint with black pudding and cajun huh for pudding sticky toffee pudding with custard and bailey’s cheesecake all very nice
Wanted to try this everytime we passed and wasn't disappointed food was lovely staff was pleasant and helpful nice and clean will go back another time
