The staff at this location didn't seem to know how to serve ice cream properly. The portions were so small that it felt like there was hardly anything in the cup. I’ve been to the one in Noosa, and their serving sizes are generous. Just two nights ago, we visited this place, and the ice cream was incredibly soft, runny, and didn't taste good at all. To make matters worse, all four of us ended up with upset stomachs afterward. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. Price per person: A$1–20.
The ice cream here is incredibly delicious—absolutely irresistible! The service and ambiance are both fun and inviting. I visit every day, and the atmosphere is always fantastic. The adorable girl in overalls who serves me every Tuesday is so cheerful, friendly, and welcoming. I truly love this place! Overall ratings: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.
Good ice cream but probably the worst of the Royal Copenhagen store amongst all in terms of customer service. Three girls working at the store, with only one of them serving customers while two of them chatting away, not bothered to come in and help serve the rest of the customers. Took good 15/20 mins to get a scoop
