Habe die Donuts für meinen Geburtstag bestellt. Lieferung kam extrem spät. War ja erstmal nicht so schlimm für mich. Aber als ich dann einen essen wollte musste ich feststellen, dass der alt und ekelhaft trocken war. Alle anderen Donuts/Balls ebenfalls ekelhaft trocken und alt. Nicht essbar. Topping war auch nicht so wie abgebildet. Viel weniger drauf als beworben wird. Wenn der Ball für 5,90€ angeboten wird erwarte ich ihn frisch!!!!! Und nicht vom Vortag! Gleiche gilt für Donuts. 40€ aus dem Fenster geschmissen! Ein Geschäft welches sich auf eine einzige Sache spezialisiert hat und solche Preise verlangt, sollte diese eine Sacha meiner Meinung nach auch sehr gut machen! Hier nicht der Fall...
War heute da, habe zwei Donuts gekauft. Der Eine Donut kam komplett flüssig an, ist an sich kein Problem, wurde wenigstens „frisch“ gemacht. Der andere Donut, in dem angeblich Füllung sein sollte: ein mini klecks absolut trocken!! Ebenso ein Minuspunkt die sehr unsympathische Mitarbeiterin, nichtmal Hallo gesagt, nur abkassiert.. wirkte EXTREM motivationslos. Schade, wir waren früher echt gerne bei Royal Donuts war immer super aber momentan werden wir nichtmehr wieder kommen..

the donuts look really top and taste at least the same. the delivery was faster than expected, although I don't live around and the supplier was very competent. happy again!

Knüppelharter Donut, so hart wie Kruppstahl. Liegen da Warscheinlich schon seit gestern. Kassiererin redet in 3 Dezibel und ist unfreundlich.
