There should be an option for no stars. The manager of this store is very unprofessional and disrespectful. When I told him that the automated register took my money, his reply was well you should have counted your money before you put it in , and refused too help. Also, for 2 days last week, there was no air conditioning on in the store on some of the hottest days of the summer which caused some of the items in the store to go bad. But this did not stop them from trying to sell them. This is the worse royal farms I have ever been to and I will not be spending anymore money at this location.
Very unprofessional. I came in the store to pick up a few goodies for the game. As soon as I come one of the employees monitoring my very movement. Like am about to steal. Am trying to find something for an 81 year to eat. Look. Then I decided to jet a water a put it in my bag then she's moved to the door. That's when I address her that I don't want to steal. Am just trying to my whatever and keep it moving. Then she tries to play it off. I never in my life have been so offended. Will not be patronizing any more Royal Farm stores.
The cook back there is very unprofessional. This is the first royal farms I've been to that nickel and dimes you for everything. At other locations I could substitute dark meat pieces but the lady cook that closes a few times doing a week is nasty about it. I've never had to pay for sauces and she's so in the rush to get out of there she never has presentable food ready please retrain her. She looks like she doesn't want to be there.
The convenience of this location is it allows me to run in quickly to grab something to eat or drink when I'm on the Lightrail heading to work. My recent trip only had one disappointment which was in regard to the lids for hot beverages. They did not have the travel lids which close up to prevent spillage. Therefore, I had to be very careful in my travels on the Lightrail.
