I want to give a big shout-out to Romont, who was cooking chicken in the back at Royal Farms. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. When I visited this evening, he made a great impression and helped me with my order. I really want to highlight what a fantastic person he is and how outstanding his customer service skills are. After a long, tough day at work, he was the first person I met upon entering the store, and his positive attitude truly lifted my spirits. Kudos to Romont! Your professionalism and kindness will definitely take you far. Wishing you all the best in your future!
The employees at this restaurant were unprofessional and unmotivated. I noticed several staff members standing around doing nothing. When I asked one of the employees about the Brazilian dark roast coffee bean, which was out of stock, he shouted, "If it's out, then it's out!" while the others started giggling. Thankfully, there are other options available. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone; however, if you’re determined to check it out despite my warning, you might want to drive down Windsor Mill Road and take a right on Forest Park Avenue, where you can find another Royal Farm.
I experienced an issue at the restaurant for the first time when I went with my mom. Not only were the prices outrageous, but the chicken was also unacceptable. Yes, you read that right—unacceptable. Although we only opened the thighs, we could smell the rot and taste it with each bite. Only the thighs were spoiled; my grandfather’s drumstick was fine. The next day, we returned and got our money back just for the thighs, but the manager kept questioning my mom about why she reached out to their office online. Why wouldn’t we?
