I visited the Royal Karoma coffee shop today for the first time and having visited many of the coffee shops in Geneva over the past couple of years I can say that I was not disappointed. The shop is bright and welcoming and the staff friendly. I ordered a classic cappuccino with the barista and it was soon delivered to our table with a smile. And the coffee? Excellent. Price for Geneva reasonable. The shop sells Italian style gelato in the summer and offers a range of coffee making equipment and their own Napolitain blend of authentic Italian coffees. My partner and I were staying at an Air B B near this café so we had our breakfast here. The coffee is absolutely delicious and the pastries particularly the Pain au Raisin is probably the best we have had. Lovely service and very attractive surroundings. Thoroughly recommend it.

During a visit to a nearby art gallery, we believed in this warm and popular café without being serious blenders and roasters of coffee in their own right and with a successful brand. Well recommended!

Beautiful atmosphere, not much space, service can sometimes be slow, but very friendly. The coffee and panettone are simply amazing. I really recommend it.
edit: I came back following advice from a colleague. The service was quick and the dish was plentiful as well as good.
