So the range of reviews is understandable once you come in here, but overall this is definitely a five star venue. The place is beautiful with chandeliers everywhere, food is amazing and delicious, and flavorful. The service was also excellent. Came around 2PM. The place is huge so seating placement is important and having a positive attitude with the servers,!too!

I go there occasionally and have found the dim sum decent and reasonable priced offering good choices. I like the tables not spacing too close to each other as the place is big. However my dinner experience was disappointed due to the food quality but the overall service remained generally good.Food: 3/5

Was a guest at a Wedding that started at 6pm . Food was not served until after 8:30pm. Water was not available unless requested. food was not good. Servers were stressed.They validated parking for 3 hours , had to pay for the difference. Small parking area.

Dim sum is not that great here. The har gow is a little overcooked and a little too flour-y. The fillings of the rice roll is meh. Shumai is okay.Food: 2/5

One of my favorite dim sum spots right now. Great food. Good service. Very interesting environment. Large, grand, and bustling.Food: 5/5
