On September 24, we ordered four drinks through Chowbus, making sure to clearly specify in the notes that three of them should be sugar-free. Unfortunately, all four drinks arrived with sugar, rendering them unsuitable for our friends. While we understand that busy restaurants can make mistakes, we were disheartened by the staff’s response, which dismissed our concerns by stating that all of your drinks have natural sweetness. We can differentiate between natural sweetness and added sugar, as we have ordered sugar-free drinks from this location many times before. This felt like a dismissive reply to our genuine issue.

I've ordered from Royal Tea multiple times and absolutely love the mango cheese foam drink; it's the best in Boston. While I understand that prices can rise due to increased material costs, using cheap cups without lids for the mango cheese foam drink is not acceptable. I didn't drop my cup, but it cracked just from me poking my straw in. This meant I couldn't enjoy my drink, and it ended up spilling everywhere. Honestly, even the straw seems to be of better quality than the cup. Please consider changing your cups!
"This place is located in a basement in Chinatown, so it’s not really somewhere I’d choose to hang out and enjoy my drink. However, the bubble tea here is incredible and truly unmatched, especially the combinations with ice cream. My personal favorite is the regular milk tea mixed with green tea matcha ice cream. After trying it here, I can’t visit any other bubble tea shop without feeling that their drinks just don’t measure up. This spot is definitely a favorite of mine!"
This must be my favorite bubble tea spot in all the city. The matcha ice cream topped milk tea is the best thing invited since sliced bread. Sure, the location is very basement of Chinatown non-luxe feels (which it literally is), but the bubble tea is unmatched in tasty goodness.

Really really good tea, very unique flavors I've never seen anywhere else like the ice cream milk tea. Self service cashier which makes ordering a lot more simple. Not much room inside but there's enough to look at and explore outside to compensate. Much love from Texas!
Ordered the matcha ice cream tea. A little disappointed that the ice cream and tea didn't blend together as well as I hoped, but it was still good. Seating/atmosphere is nice (usually in these underground boba tea spots, there are no seats at all).
We really enjoyed our Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and this place has cheese foam as a topping, which we love. Service was quick too. It's tucked away down stairs, so it can be easy to miss.
