The coffee is quite sweet, thanks to the generous amount of sugar, but it still makes for an excellent cup! I thoroughly enjoyed the Caramel Macchiato and the Breakfast Bagel Sandwich! I can’t believe I’ve walked past this place for two years without going in until now. I will definitely return; I’ve found my new favorite breakfast spot!

Me and my daughter come here at least once a week before school for bagels and coffee (and hot chocolate of course! . She loves this place and everyone here knows her and her order. They are family owned and operated. Very friendly and great food and coffee.

The food is usually delicious, but today I had a rough experience. It wasn't the staff's fault, but both of our orders were incorrect, and my sandwich was not cut properly. However, I've generally enjoyed my meals here.
If you're looking for a great cup of coffee in the benicia area this is the place to go. They're not the fastest but with a good selection of pastries and an extensive breakfast lunch menu they are worth the wait.
Rrags Cafe is a delightful little spot favored by locals. I had a tasty breakfast sandwich with an excellent bagel. Although the service was somewhat slow, the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
