Rubens - Reserva de mesa

Wir waren vor ein paar Wochen zum ersten Mal in diesem Restaurant und waren von Anfang bis Ende rundum begeistert. Man kam herein und wir haben es als sehr angenehm empfunden, nicht direkt neben speisenden Gästen zu stehen und auf den Empfang zu warten. Dann wurden wir nach unten geführt, wo wir unseren Tisch neben den Weinregalen vorfanden, was ein sehr schönes Ambiente bot. Zudem saß man etwas abseits und hatte eine angenehme Ruhe. Als Paar war das sehr schön und angenehm. Apropos Weinflaschen: es gab ausschließlich österreichische Weine, was ich ebenfalls toll fand, denn davon hat Österreich ja nun einiges Gutes zu bieten. I can only recommend the rub. great atmosphere. nice service and simply delicious food. we had the shiny carving and the Spinat dumplings. both really good. we have a table in the cellar, surrounded by wine bottles and bank compartments. was a bank. super ambiente. Unfortunately, the imperial maroon was a disappointment. we were looking forward to it, but it wasn't Ösi style.

the restaurant is more discreetly decorated and not overloaded.The service is very attentive and always oriented to the probably of the guests.The white kalbsbologne with noodles had a very delicate and pleasant taste.Outstanding was the eagle fish!I have not experienced this combination yet and would order it again immediately.

many thanks! before we eat louder, we forgot to present a great food photo. we had the walk menu and one last that makes my vegetarian venen wank is unfortunately out and on a traditional calf carving. it was wonderful! also the spinatknödel and much more. thanks to the wine recommendation they rounded off a successful evening. it was an absolutely fantastic evening with excellent, upscale kitchen and a very professional and warm service.The traditional menu is and remains my favourite menu and always reminds me of my childhood holiday in crispy with the family. We feel good every time.
