Ruben's Tacos - Reserva de mesa

seriously, this is one of my favorite places to eat Mexican food in southern California! I love her asada, al pastor, burritos, tacos, queensadillas, etc. I am with my dad here when I was about 8 years old and now, after my father ran away 15 years ago, I now also pull my youngs there. the owners have changed in the course of the years, but the food quality is always on the place! I hope they are open for another 50 years!

This taco spot used to be much smaller with a little bar where you could watch them cook, but they've since expanded. I always order the tacos because they are fantastic. I also love their Chili and Salsa, especially the hot red sauce. The chips were not great today, but I didn't mind. The place could use some cleaning, as the refrigerator was sticky and dirty. Overall, great tacos in a casual atmosphere.

The street tacos at this restaurant are delicious. I tried the Pollo and pastor varieties and they were worth every penny. I should have taken a picture to remember them by. The best deal is on Tuesdays, with taco Tuesday offering them for just $1.50 each. Additionally, on Wednesdays and Thursdays, there is a happy hour special from 4 PM to 7 PM, with tacos priced at $2 each.

We ordered two burritos and had to wait a little while, which was understandable considering how busy the restaurant was. But it was definitely worth the wait, as the burritos were huge and delicious. The cabeza filling was excellently made and we were able to make two meals out of each burrito. The burritos at this restaurant are massive and the sauce is absolutely delicious. Make sure to request extra sauce inside to add even more flavor and juiciness.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. Today I tried the Al Mojo de Ajo and I was blown away by how excellent it tasted.

Delicious and HUGE portions! Definitely needs to be a stop if you're looking for amazing Mexican food! The al pastor tacos are soo good!

The quesadillas at this restaurant are out of this world delicious. You have to visit this small place and enjoy them.
