5/5, 100/100. Not a thing out of place. Perfect service, they asked me if I needed help right when I walked in. Accommodated to my modification needs perfectly. They didn’t let my food get stolen(like other places with easy pickup stations) which means they have adequate staffing. Restrooms are kept perfectly clean and well stocked, with even a coat rack and a urinal to prevent mess. Tidy eating areas. Chefs that pay attention and make the order properly.I am not keto but I love that they offer the switch to keto tortillas for free, as they are tastier and prevent me from having constipation from wheat and corn starch.Dietary restrictions: Keto cheese tortillas, very tasty and low carb
This is a great chain, but unfortunately, this location is poorly managed. I went to pick up a to-go order and ended up waiting 15 minutes, even though my order was ready. There was a young employee—he looked about 15—taking orders and it took him over 5 minutes to process just one. Another staff member was on break and could have easily given us our order, but instead, he walked by and sat down in the dining area on his phone. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, a woman showed up and handed us our now-cold order, seemingly unaware that we had been waiting.
I love Rubio's and their beer-battered fish tacos. However, I did have a concern about the food quality on this visit. It seemed like the portion size of the fish in the tacos had diminished, or perhaps I just received smaller pieces this time. For my gourmet shrimp taco, which is on the pricier side, I only found four small shrimp inside, which I felt was a bit stingy. In the past, I used to get tacos that were much more generously filled. I'm hoping this was just a one-time issue and not a new standard, as I definitely plan to return.
I used to absolutely love Rubio's, but have been disappointed lately. The cost of the food has gone up while the size and quality has gone down. For some reason they charge more for a kid taco (no sides) than a regular taco. The burritos were shriveled and not labeled to differentiate the different flavors. The limes in the salsa bar were dedicated, barely having any juice. All in all a very disappointing experience.

Great place to have fish tacos. They are cooked fresh and it’s definitely not Baja style but they are not bad if you don’t want to head to Baja. These guys here were hard workers. Wiping down the counters and making sure customers were happy. I have to say the service was stellar.

Still one of my favorite places. Food is consistently good and prices are reasonable in my opinion.
Really good deals from 12-2pm for lunch. Service is fast vibe is usually different everyday.
