Rude to delivery drivers, they ignore drivers. They let your food sit on a rack behind the counter with ZERO INSULATION. When your driver arrives to pick up the food, it will sit longer on the rack , getting cold and mushy, while they ignore your driver standing right there waiting for an order. They will even take the finished order to the rack without looking or calling out the order to see if someone is waiting for it. And of course they don’t ask you which order you are waiting for if you’re standing there with a delivery bag at the counter. They seem to all assume that someone else is helping you , even though there are orders sitting on the rack and if they looked they could see a driv...

This place is the most awful! Unfortunately it's the only near by Rubio's so we have given them our business way more than they deserved. Tonight was the last time. My food was cold with what it tasted like a week's old, hard, chewy chicken. The wait over the phone or in person it's dreadful. The worst part is the food, low quality, not fresh, stale tortilla chips, you get the idea. NEVER again. Beware, this place is not your typical Rubio's. Tonight there was a bunch of teenagers working at the restaurant, not a single adult around. They were acting like they were on a school break joking around, not paying attention to customers. The salad bar was disgusting, wish I could of taken pictures...

Rubio's off of Temecula Pkwy is my go to location. I have noticed the decline in customer service and food quality the past 2 years. Most recently, I noticed that the food quality has significantly declined. My favorite order is the seafood trio. The worst experience ever sadly I rather write this review than spend 30 minutes attempting to speak with a manager and inform him/her of the issues they are currently encountering. I will give them ONE more opportunity before stopping my visits all together.

Dined for a quick dinner. We have been to this particular store on and off for 7 years. Today there were very few people in the store or online orders, but the patron seating was very dirty. Also, the cashier, who was very nice, but had fake fingernails over an inch long, which doesn't seem sanitary. If the front end of the restaurant looks terrible and the people have questionable hygiene because of the nails, it makes one wonder if the rest of the establishment is sanitary. I've been going here for nearly 2 years now, and love the healthy food options. My kids are huge fans as well. Food consistency is a strength, but depending on when you go, the speed of delivery needs to improve. On a number of occasions, even when very few people are here, I've waiting nearly 30 minutes for a single burrito order. Do yourself a favor and call in your order ahead of time. Bottom line one of the best healthy options (there aren't many! in the area.

giving them two stars for my postmates order. i ordered a big amount of food with some chips and asked for some salsa. THEY GAVE ME NO SALSA! my doordash driver even asked them and they said yes. Really ruined my day since i work in a. winery so the delivery fee is very high. really just disappointed. food is great but when you crave the salsa too really just takes away from the experience

It's casual dining with a beer. Very consistent, no real interactions beyond ordering. Food is mid, but you knew that before you came here so no surprises there. If you are surprised, you can always extend your fingers in each direction possible and, with significant force, sweep your hand across your face.

I had such a great experience at this Rubio’s The customer service was on point. I would recommend going to this one. The manager is very nice and willing to help everyone with any challenges. My first time, I ordered the trio tacos!! Absolutely yummy!! The food was great but a little pricey for 3 tacos and a small cup of beans. Chips were stale. But great.

Been going to Rubio's my entire life I think I had my best cooked fish tacos ever yesterday and the fish were larger than usual
