DISAPPOINTING!! I do not recommend eating here for a variety of reasons. First off when I ordered my food and paid, I was unaware of an electronic tip of nearly $10 to my order until AFTER I received my receipt. Secondly, on the taco side of the menu it states the tacos are a 2 taco plate, I received only ONE taco. Thirdly, the tables appeared to be clean however they were very sticky on the surface as if nothing was done to prevent the stickiness. Finally, for a total of 4 items I had purchased between me and my family, I ended up spending just under $57, including the electronic tip . Usually, we receive our order in a three-compartment box that keeps all the ingredients separate, which makes it easier to assemble our own tacos. However, today everything was packed in a single compartment container, which resulted in all the ingredients being mixed together. This made for a less tidy presentation, and the quality of the lettuce was not very good.
I ordered from Rubio's Coastal Grill through Uber Eats, and wow! Everything arrived incredibly fresh and carefully prepared. The fish and shrimp tacos and quesadillas were probably the best I've ever tasted. Absolutely outstanding! The street corn on their menu was fantastic as well. I can't wait for my next visit to Visalia!
I work full time for door dash always pick up deliveries with an ease, but this place and their customer service they’re always extremely rude! and slow it’s honestly a disappointment. I had a friend who worked here years ago and loved their food now I won’t eat here because of this reason.. need better staff

This was my first time ordering from Rubio's Coastal Grill, and the experience was good. I made a mistake with my order, but that was my fault. The food, especially the shrimp tacos, was delicious. The cashier was very kind and fixed my order, even refunding me. Their Jamaica water is also really good!
The Shrimp Bacon Burrito is simply outstanding! Every ingredient is incredibly fresh, and the shrimp is cooked just right. I highly recommend it—definitely a 10 out of 10!
I really enjoyed the Baja beer-battered shrimp tacos! The only reason I rated it a star lower is that I didn't receive any sauce for my tacos.
We ordered plain fish tacos, but they arrived with all sorts of toppings. Also, the mango avocado salad came with shrimp instead of chicken.

They failed to include my salsa as ordered and my nachos were cold and the chips were stale. I will not order from them again
I will definitely recommend this place...very clean, friendly and the food was awesome...
