Rubio's Coastal Grill

Living out of state, we try to visit Rubios whenever we're in San Diego. The fish tacos are just sooooo good and the menu variety pretty stacked. Used to get the enchilada in the past, but it looks as if they don't offer them any longer. This location was clean with limited seating. No crowd! Staff was polite and helpful. Can't wait to return for more fish taco greatness!

Haven’t been to this location for years. Decided to swing by for dinner around 7pm, and as always...the food was great. I enjoyed the original fish taco and a shrimp verde taco. Both were good. Neither the sticky floors and tables nor the negative vibe from the cashier/manager would keep me from giving 5 stars.

Rubios has always done a wonderful job in supporting the El Cajon Animal Shelter through our fundraisers. Our guests had a wonderful time at the May the 4th be with YOU event yesterday.

Great fish tacos. Nice selection of sauces. Great staff. Unfortunately too much batter on the fish.
