Colombian food is fantastic, but the service at Pollos Mario's in Hempstead leaves much to be desired. The manager on Sundays was rude, arrogant, and lacked proper manners. It's best to steer clear of this place! Just across the street, you'll find Mi Tierrita and other Latino restaurants with professional staff.
We visited on New Year’s Eve, and the waiter seemed to have a bit of an attitude from the start. When we asked if he was okay, he claimed to be extremely busy. However, when we looked around, we noticed that half the restaurant was empty. The food was decent—though lukewarm—it still had a good flavor.
In my opinion, it surpasses all the other Pollos Mario locations! I will definitely be returning for more delicious food.
Do not order from here i payed 15$ for 5 uncooked shirmp with the full shell on it amd i got sick Reserva una mesa ahora
