The restaurant has a fantastic, attentive, and friendly server, as well as delicious food. The Lumpia and pork sisig were crispy and delicious, while the lechon, although crispy, lacked flavor. The pork adobo was one of the best we've ever had. Unfortunately, the pancit was a letdown, as it lacked flavor and seasoning despite being visually appealing with fresh vegetables. Overall, worth a visit for a rating of 3 for the food.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is amazing! To fully appreciate Ruby-Gin, you must attend one of their karaoke nights as well. I give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5.
