Do not even bother with this place, owners and management are very greedy and have no people or customer service skills, which then leads to the staff that work there with no training. Was told to pay £5 entry to eat here as it was valentines day on top of that you have to pay a service charge which management says by law you have to, since when did the law change? We clearly saw others walking in without paying the £5 entry as well as no reservation for tables and was told they are our friends by the owner. Food wise its nothing special for what they make it out to be, theres far cheaper and tastier restaurants in the area who dont charge silly prices. We ended up leaving after starters and went to join a few other friends down the road at club2000, had a fab time there and the management even offered us 10% off the final bill along with a complimentary valentines day shot! Ruby m’s a place where the customer is never right or comes first. Avoid as they will ruin your day/night.

THE ONLY INDIAN RESTAURANT NOT SUITABLE FOR Coeliac /gluten free intolerance. They must share the menu on their website as there are no dishes suitable. After multiple conversation with wait staff as to why soya sauce was a staple ingredient in Indian (yes shocking i know) cuisine with a blank look, finally a manager appeared who was able to speak to the kitchen to prepare a basic jalfrezi which was so delicious. Sadly i will not go again and i would not recommend. They must update their website so the awkward conversations don't have to take place. I have been Coeliac for 13 years and in have never in all this time had any issue with an Indian restaurant until this place. Disappointed. I gave 3 stars because when what they did finally prepare was delicious but it made it was a awkward experience for me in front of my friends

Ordered veg Manchurian and paneer tikka masala via uber eats. Never tasted such rubbish food. Paneer tikka masala was sour liaded with tin tomato paste and manchurian so runny gravy with just pakoras fried and so soft with gravy. Had to throw away the food, could not eat it. Very disappointed.

Great location, great good but terrible service. You have to tell them 4/5 times before they do anything. Also they have terrible habit of clearing your plates before you have finished eating. I would say worth looking around the area as there are other places.

Excellent food Excellent customer service Value for money Enjoyed lamb biryani and also beautiful butter chicken. Family enjoyed it plus a couple of complement items too.
