I can see why Ruby Tuesday ratings have dropped to 3.8 stars. Salad bar is the only sure thing here, though I noticed lower quality in a few ingredients. Last visit had been a while due to previous bad experience waitress was clueless. I had a free meal for 2 coming as per manager Liz, who was extremely nice. The team at Ruby Tuesday is fantastic! The servers did an amazing job, and Katherine stood out as an exceptional server tonight. Justin and Julius were also great, ensuring the salad bar was well-stocked and had plenty of plates available.
Stopped by for dinner. Nice selection of entrees, good salad bar. Staff was great, service very good. Our pary tried the trio entree (ribs, steak, shrimp), new Orleans platter and coconut shrimp. Very tasty!
I had a fantastic dining experience at Ruby's the other night. The food was absolutely delicious, and our waitress, Saddie, provided exceptional service!

Didn't have a cook! Finally one arrived and HE SHOULD HAVE STAYED HOME TOO! Horrible management and ownership. Go to applebees!
Sad. Just....we could hear the staff arguing in the back. No apologies for forgetting items; no refills; just…blah.
