Ruby Tuesday - Reservar una mesa

I went to lunch 9-1-2022 ordered mozzarella sticks and garnelen parmesan pasta. I asked the waiter to replace the garnels for huhn because I don't eat garnel. my mozzarella sticks came out and there was no cheese in which the waiter found that immediately (that was great the 1 star is not for him) my pasta came out and that was how I ordered it. my neck comes and I was calculated for the hunch that was underbed and the full price for my pasta. the waiter told me he wouldn't charge me to the huh, but his manager jumped in and accused me of it and didn't let him go. if the manager calculates for substitutions on cheaper meat because of people who do not cook, he should not be manager. that was a D*ck movement. it may not be important, but they simply have lost a customer and I have my employees who eat there quite often to never go to this place again.

Placed an online order, when we went to pick the it up the restaurant was closed due to a water main break. I realize that is out of the store's control, but why were they still accepting orders if they were closed? My credit card was charged for the order and now I am stuck disputing this charge with the credit card company. Other restaurant websites tell you if a restaurant is closed for some reason. The manager at this location really dropped the ball. This was the first time in four years we had visited Ruby Tuesday and our first online order. They did not make a good impression.

Only thing positive I can say is that the drinks were great. It took 25 minutes to simply get out beverages. Another 35 minutes to get any of our food. Our waiter not only ignored us most of the time but the simplicity of our orders seemed difficult for him. All of the food looked and tasted frozen or processed. On top of that we had to search for someone to get our check to leave. The prices do not match the service and quality of food and it explains why so many have shut down. Never again

Server Jenn and Mgr. Brittany were totally wonderful. Cook /kitchen were awesome. Food was great and prepared perfectly..I’m picky..was there last Wed. N back today with friend today Sat. We both live in Frederick and priced very fair.. today food and service are equally great server Javon Terri’s today polite courteous friendly and food came quickly and prepared just as ordered. Will be back soon…thanks!!

Enjoyed lunch with my husband after errands. The Tilapia and Salmon were great. Really enjoyed the salad bar. Plus Nick's (host and server) hospitality was wonderful! Highly recommend the Frederick MD location.
