Ruby's Oyster Bar and Bistro

It is a living place, but the staff is courteous. The food was delicious. I had all the specials; Rock shrimp spring roll, ocean trout, over vegetables and gnocchi. The only disappointing part of the meal was Dessert. It was ice over a waffle with chocolate sauce. A quality waffle is crispy on the outside, and that was not.
